Save your choices, duplicate a job or reorder
Reuse specifications while checking current prices, availability and artwork.
Guide source reviewed for PressFlow 1.25.1.
Saved choices make repeat printing easier, but they do not reserve stock, freeze prices or carry production approval into a new job.
Save a named job
Sign in and use Save these choices for later on the product. Give the job a useful name, such as “Reception cards — 500, both sides”. Find it again in My Account → Saved print jobs. Up to 50 named jobs can be stored per account.
You can save an unfinished specification and complete it later. Saving does not place an order or take payment. When reopening it, review current choices, price, dates and availability before adding it to the basket.
The product may also remember recent choices in the same browser for up to seven days. That convenience does not transfer to another browser and is different from a named saved job. It does not preserve a quoted price, private access token, contact details or approval.
Duplicate a basket job
Open the job controls within the basket item and choose its duplicate action. Review the new job in the configurator and change its specification or artwork as needed. The new job is separate from the original; confirm both basket items are intentional before checkout.
Reorder an earlier job
Find the original through your account's print-job/order controls and use the reorder action where offered. The configurator applies current product rules and pricing. An unavailable product or incompatible old choice may need a new selection or staff help.
If artwork reuse is offered, explicitly choose it and check that the original files are still available. Reused files become a new private artwork copy for the new job, with fresh checks and review. Approval, flags, assignments, production history and dispatch records do not carry over.
Delete a saved specification
Deleting a saved job removes that library entry and its associated saved artwork copies where applicable. It does not delete an order you have already placed. Artwork retention still applies to saved jobs, so keep your original print files.
