Cancel a purchase

You can ask to cancel or request a licence refund using the online form below or by emailing contact@press-flow.co.uk. Include enough information for us to find the purchase. A clear statement is sufficient; you do not have to use the form below or give a reason to use an applicable cooling-off right or our 30-day licence refund policy.

Our terms and support and refunds policy explain the periods and applicable rights. Submit your cancellation statement before the relevant deadline. A software download does not by itself remove all refund rights.

Cancel a purchase online

Give us enough information to identify your purchase. You do not need an account or a reason for cancelling.

If you do not know the order number, give the product, purchase date or purchaser details you have.

By selecting Confirm cancellation, you give notice that you cancel the purchase identified above.

We will record the time we receive your notice and email a receipt. Refunds are reviewed separately. Please do not include card details, passwords or licence keys.

Cancel by email

Send a clear cancellation statement to contact@press-flow.co.uk, with your name and enough information to identify the purchase, such as your order number or purchase date. No printed form or paper signature is needed for an email cancellation.

We may ask for proportionate information to identify the order and prevent an unauthorised refund request. If you bought several licences, identify the purchase you want cancelled. Refunding one licence does not automatically cancel an unrelated service. Applicable statutory rights take precedence where they require a different outcome.
