PressFlow is supplied by Fell & Harbour. Email contact@press-flow.co.uk for support, refunds and purchase questions. Business address: 79 Towncroft, Dearham, Maryport, Cumbria, CA15 7HY.
Support included with your licence
An active annual plan includes standard support for its paid period. There is no separate mandatory support subscription for those included services.
Standard support helps you install PressFlow, understand documented settings, configure its supported features and investigate reproducible plugin problems. Support is normally handled Monday-Friday, UK time, excluding public holidays. We aim to give a first substantive reply within two working days. Investigation and resolution can take longer; this is not a guaranteed emergency-response service.
To help us answer quickly, include:
- Your order number or purchaser email; do not send a full product key unnecessarily.
- Your PressFlow, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions.
- What you expected, what happened and the steps that reproduce the issue.
- A relevant URL and redacted screenshot or error message, where useful.
- Whether it affects a live shop and when it started.
Do not send real customer artwork or a full database if a sample will show the problem. If site access is necessary, we will agree the task and a secure way to provide temporary access. You can remove that access when the task finishes.
Optional work
Website builds, bespoke development, extensive catalogue entry, hosting work and resolving unrelated third-party software problems require a separately agreed scope. We will explain any proposed charge before doing that work. A third-party conflict does not automatically mean every support question is chargeable: we can help identify whether PressFlow itself is at fault.
Updating a heavily customised plugin may require testing your modifications. Hooks and GPL permissions let you customise the software; official support does not promise to maintain every custom implementation.
Try PressFlow for 30 days: no-quibble licence refunds
Buy your licence first, then try PressFlow with your own products and setup.
For a new licence or paid annual renewal purchased directly from PressFlow, request a full refund within 30 calendar days of payment. You do not need to prove a fault or complete a troubleshooting process first.
Email contact@press-flow.co.uk with the purchaser email or order number and say which licence you want refunded. We will refund the amount paid for that licence, including applicable tax, without deducting our payment-processing fee. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is agreed and are processed without undue delay, normally within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take additional time to display a processed refund.
The refunded purchase's paid activation, update-download and support entitlements end. The GPL permissions in a copy you lawfully received remain governed by the GPL.
Our voluntary software refund policy does not automatically refund a separately commissioned website build or bespoke service. The agreed service terms and applicable statutory rights govern that work.
Your legal rights remain
The 30-day policy is additional to applicable consumer rights. It does not remove a statutory cooling-off right, a longer cancellation period that applies by law, or remedies for software or services that fail to meet their legal requirements. Downloading the plugin does not by itself mean that you lose all refund rights.
If you have a problem outside the voluntary period, contact us with the details. We will consider the relevant contract, fault and applicable rights. You can read our terms and cancellation information for further detail.
Renewals and moving a licence
Annual entitlements are renewed manually under our current terms: there is no automatic annual charge. We show the price before you choose a renewal. Contact us to renew an existing key rather than assuming another purchase will automatically extend it.
For a domain move, release the old site through PressFlow welcome and then activate the new installation. If you cannot access the old site or a valid key is unexpectedly refused, email us with the order and site details. A staging installation uses a site activation unless your purchased plan expressly says otherwise.
