Upload, replace or share artwork for your print job
Supply files at the product, basket, checkout or order workspace and understand artwork status.
Guide source reviewed for PressFlow 1.25.1.
Artwork belongs to a particular print job. Read that product's artwork guidance before uploading: file type, finished size, bleed, page count and resolution can vary between products.
Where you can add artwork
- Product configurator: upload while choosing the job, if you have the files ready.
- Basket or checkout: open Artwork required or Artwork provided within the actual item to see its job controls.
- After purchase: use My Account → Artwork or My Account → Print jobs, or the shop's private guest job link where available.
The expanded basket item also provides the applicable edit, duplicate, artwork and transfer-link controls. A status of “Artwork provided” means files or a link have been supplied; it does not mean staff have approved them.
Upload files
- Open the correct job's artwork area.
- Select the files. PressFlow supports PDF, JPEG and PNG, up to ten files per job, subject to the shop's displayed limits.
- Wait for all upload progress to finish.
- Complete the artwork save/submit action shown in the form. Finished upload progress alone is not confirmation that the artwork set has been saved to the job.
- Reopen the job and confirm the expected filenames appear.
If an upload was interrupted, reopen the same job and select the same original file when prompted. Supported resumable uploads can continue completed chunks while the temporary upload remains valid. A renamed or modified file may need to start again. Do not leave checkout while files are still being transferred.
Share a transfer link
Paste a link the print shop can actually access and include any necessary instructions using the available message field. Check its expiry and permissions. PressFlow records the link; it does not fetch the external files or verify that the transfer service will keep them available.
Replace an artwork set
Use the job's replacement/update control and supply the complete set you want printed. Replacing the set resets artwork review and any affected proof/date approval. Staff need to check the new version. Do not assume an earlier approval applies to a replacement.
Once the job is in production, artwork editing is locked. Contact the shop about a late change; it may need a separate job or revised order.
Privacy and retention
Use your own account or the private link provided for that job. Do not forward a private access link publicly. Files are retained for the shop's configured period and can expire, so keep your own originals. A saved specification is not permanent artwork storage.
