Check example prices and product-wide price coverage
Find missing or overlapping prices and understand the checks required before enabling ordering.

Use both the ordinary example checker and the product-wide coverage tool. They answer different questions.
Ordinary example check
Select realistic options, copies and any required dimensions/text/date. Choose Check example and quantity prices. Review the specification, base/extras breakdown, complete-job total, per-copy amount, inclusive/exclusive tax amounts, and quantity/production rows.
Checker totals use the entered price basis before coupons. Tax amounts use WooCommerce with the currently known viewer/admin location. Test the public promotion separately in the storefront and basket.
A successful matching ordinary check is needed before enabling a new or changed active setup. Its approval lasts ten minutes and is recalculated on save. Any relevant configuration change requires another check. Readiness and coverage do not create that approval.
Product-wide coverage
Set the example numbers, dimensions, text and dates, then choose Check product price coverage. Read the scope statement before treating a clean report as reassurance.
Up to 2,000 planned choice/quantity cases are checked exhaustively within that planned set. Larger sets use a labelled deterministic sample of up to 2,000. Custom dimensions, free text, dates and numeric values stay at the supplied example values. Free copy-count products check relevant probes rather than every integer.

Use Try this specification to load an affected case into the ordinary checker. Review links open the relevant options, prices or production step. Correct the draft, rerun coverage and finish with the ordinary check.
Pause and keep a report
Pause product check retains finished batches on the page; Continue product check resumes after a pause or connection interruption. Draft/example changes invalidate the result. Download the CSV report before leaving if you need a record; only a limited set of affected examples is retained in the report, while counts cover the checked cases.
The displayed range is the checked cases before coupons in the price-entry basis. It is not a promised catalogue minimum or a quote for every customer. Test size-band boundaries, important combinations and the real checkout separately.
